Homemade Pie Crust

- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 Cup Cold Salted Butter
- 14-15 tablespoons of ice cold water

Directions
- Mix sugar, salt, and flour in a large mixing bowl.
- Add butter and remix.
- Flatten between fingers until pieces are small and coated with dry ingredients.
- Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until dough is combined. Do not over mix.
- Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for a minimum 30 minutes.
- Add flour to a clean surface and place dough on top of flour.
- Sprinkle more flour on top then cut into 2 sections placing on over the other and pressing down. Cut in half again horizontally and stack, pressing down then cutting in half. Roll out each half and place in pie dish, pressing edges down onto pan and cutting off any excess dough.
- Makes 2 pie crusts.
